I guess this just verifies the saying, "Stats are for losers."

Or, that he's better than you would like to give him credit for, because you don't know what you're talking about, per usual.

will BP even be more than a one trick pony?
Still top-rated offensive efficiency player on the team on Kenpom.

Haas reminds me of a slightly more talented Paul Davis. He's a huge guy who doesn't have the impact you'd expect. But overall, I think Purdue can win a national title this year. They have the experience and the size to do it.

There are a boatload of issues with this UW team right now, obviously. Davison is playing with one arm, and I worry that it's detrimental to his long-term progression. Iverson and Pritzl just kind of float out there. We are told that Iverson is a superb defender, yet he was burned so bad by Edwards last night I think he's seeking medical treatment. Trice and King would at least help this team in the way of guard depth. Walt McGrory should not see the floor in a meaningful Big Ten game.

Iverson has the physical skills to be an elite defender. But being even an average defender takes effort, focus, intensity, pride, and want-to, none of which Iverson shows.

Is there a setting at the top of the page where there is an arrow and then the Title The New Format.

It seems that I have to click three or four times to go back to the main page.

So Dieter is going to be playing LG next year. It should be an interesting battle between Van Lanen and Kasl for the starting LT position.

I thought Deiter was maybe the third best Badger lineman last year, and Biadasz was definitely a better center than he was. I don't see Deiter moving back to center. Perhaps guard. Kasl looked good in the bowl game, but we haven't seen a whole lot of him or Van Lanen.

Apparently Galloway forgets about the fullback spot, like so many others.

Going 8-Man football?
New 8-man teams in 2018: Florence, Frederic, Port Edwards, Shell Lake, and Washburn/Bayfield.

Valley Christian isn't on the list anymore after canceling season in 2017.

Shullsburg has announced they will move to 8-man in 2019.

Darrell Bevell terminated.
I know they struggled, but terminating a human being for job performance seems awfully harsh. They could have just terminated his contract.

State
Look at the consolation games in Minnesota. They get horrible traffic. There's not really any benefit to a third place or consolation game.

This might be more of an ethical question then a rules question.

What do you think of a father of a player who's child plays for a team who leads the conference standings, officiating a game played by the conference co leader vs another conference possible contender for the championship?  Shouldn't this individual remove themselves from this officiating assignment due to the fact that it puts them in a very questionable position where one call can show a bias toward his child's team winning a conference championship??

I certainly don't think it's ideal. Personally, if I was the AD or commish doing the scheduling, I would try to avoid that situation.

Where is Ethan Happ going to be playing his pro ball at? Lithuania? Sports Illustrated released a mock draft last month and Happ was picked 60th overrall. Unless he's a guaranteed 1st round pick, he will be coming back to UW. Happ's game is unique, but undersized centers who can't shoot outside of 5 feet generally don't make it in the NBA.

As far as next year goes, if they stay healthy, they will make the NCAA tourney.

2018 UW Men's Hoops Recruiting Class
Anderson will play, guessing 10-15 minutes a game. He'll probably take a combination of Trice, Davison, Pritzl, and Iverson's minutes. Keep in mind King can float to the 3 pretty easily, and they could even run a lineup like Davison, Pritzl, King, Iverson, Happ at times. I doubt King will push into the starting lineup right away coming off the knee injury, but you never know. Had he been fully healthy this year, perhaps. It SHOULD be a pretty deep team next year, and tentatively a very promising one if Happ comes back. Ford looks like a very good pickup, and Reuvers is starting to deliver on some of his promise, though it will be interesting how he responds to the big boys of the Big Ten.

so how many games has he won for the Badgers?

How many has Reuvers won, with his 84.5 Kenpom rating? He has two games all year with a rating better than Pritzl's average (114.5)

You mean other than the fact he's the highest-rated offensive efficiency player in the current rotation?

Streaming TV

We made the switch about a year ago to PlayStation Vue. We have the Core Slim package - which is $45 a month (a little bit up from what we started at $35 a month) - however they've added NBC, Fox, ABC and CBS to the package so I can't complain.

With that and a Netflix account we haven't missed having cable one bit.

I'd seriously consider switching to this but it appears the broadcast channels are not available in my area yet. What city are you in now that they are included?

Also, can you sign in to the streaming apps of the channels you get? For instance, can you use your PSV credentials to log in to WatchESPN?
