I thought about him too... but then I looked and saw Grossman was 9-2 and Bulger was around .500

Man your bias. Bulger has one of the best QB ratings in the NFC and its a lot better than Grossmans.

he was the third QB that I voted for... you take away 2 games for Grossman and his rating is better than Bulger's, plus Bulger has an all-pro WR to throw to.

And that's also part of the Pro Bowl, voting for your favorite players, is it not?

Here's a look at what most of the NFC team might look like. Just goes to show how dumb fans are when it comes to bandwaggoning.

Those leading their position groups are OLB Lance Briggs, PK Robbie Gould, DT Tommie Harris, KR Devin Hester, C Olin Kreutz, OT John Tait, MLB Brian Urlacher and Brendon Ayanbadejo on special teams.
Those who are second include G Ruben Brown, FS Danieal Manning and P Brad Maynard. TE Desmond Clark, G Roberto Garza, QB Rex Grossman, SS Todd Johnson and FB Jason McKie are third at their respective positions. DE Alex Brown is fourth and CB Charles Tillman is fifth.

There's no way either of the safeties deserve the Pro Bowl, that'd be different if Mike Brown was healthy. I dunno, as a Bears fan this all makes me angry.

Grossman has an all-pro WR to throw to, Mushin Muhammed.

Take away 2 of Bulgers worst games and hes probably around or above a QB rating of 100. You cant take games away so it doesnt matter, fact is Bulger is more deserving than Grossman.

Its hard to do anything when you dont have a QB that can get you the ball.

did you notice I said he's Dropped passes... not, he hasn't had the ball thrown to him... I've seen Every bears game the past two seasons... minus the odd game here and there, and Muhammad has been known to drop passes

What I was trying to say is neither of them should be pro-bowlers. I think a better choice would be Marc Bulger.

That's why I said "he has the Positive stats"

I wasn't looking at the negative stats at all. Which I know you're supposed to do when considering the best quarterback for this year. But when you get down to it... they're about the same that way too. So then next I went to wins...

I say put Griese in if Grossman starts doing horrible again, just to scare him. Maybe then he'll start playing a little more conservative, making the sure passes instead of trying to hit homeruns all the time.
I think Grossman is a good QB, and he's shown he is, but he tries too hard to be "the man".

I wouldn't know if he has the dropsies or not, I only watch 2 Bears games a year, but he was an All-Pro and can be again. T.O. has always had a little of the dropsies and a lot of people think the world of that guy's skills.

There's been some talk on Griese being the man for the plan, what do you think Twista?
