Madison East at Janesville Parker (69-56)
After taking a beating from a far more athletic and deeper Beloit Memorial squad, I think Janesville Parker will bounce back making this game closer than most expect, with Madison East pulling away late for the victory.

Verona at Madison Memorial (73-57)
It was nice to see Verona bounce back nicely from their embaressing loss to Stoughton, though I see DJ Fuller didn't play, ruining my pick. I still find Madison Memorial to have far too much for Verona to handle.

Janesville Craig at Beloit Memorial (88-47)
parkerhoops is definitely right, "Beloit Memorial will feast on its second Janesville team in four days." I don't expect Jay Bryant to call off the dogs this time, keeping his starters in a little longer this time. I thought the "67-44" game in the Barkin last year was lopsided, this one will prove to be far worse, setting up a Friday night showdown between Beloit Memorial and Madison East.

Madison West at Middleton (59-52)
I was disappointed in Middleton's performance against Madison East. I expect them to bounce back nicely, beating up on a weaker Madison West squad.

East @ Parker - East too much for Parker. They should win by 15. 75-60.
Verona @ Memorial - The Champs should roll through the conference until they play East. Then they will be tested. 73-61.
Sun Prairie
@ La Follette - I see Fuller did not make the boxscore agasint Verona. Is he out? egardelessI'll take SP by 8. 72-64.
Craig @ Beloit - Beloit feasts on second Janesville team in four days. This time by 25. 75-50.
West @ Middleton - I haven't seen Middlton play but they do not seem to be in sync yet. West could pull an upset here if they get hot. Middleton by only 3. 48-45.

Pretty easy picks this round. Much better games coming this Friday....

Are you stating you think that Beloit is a much better team then East? I would have to disagree. Glad we will know the answer on Friday

Haha. Im not bold enough to say Beloit Memorial is a better team than both East and Memorial. But I am certainly bold enough to put Beloit Memorial on the same tier as East and possibly even Memorial. They are certainly as deep as East and Memorial at the guard position in my opinion. I think the games between the three teams will be very competitive (East vs Beloit, Beloit vs Memorial, Memorial vs East). I may proven wrong Friday and I might be right as well. But I'll let you know ahead of time, that I'm taking Beloit Memorial over Madison East friday when it comes down to my predictions. I think it will be a good game .

hmmm well i cant wait to hear what happends Friday. I do believe that Beloit will be good this year, but I just never thought about them being up there with MM or even East. (I also have not seen Beloit play this year yet) I am going to go with East though. Should be a good game!

I thought Beloit would be down this year, alot. But they surprised me at how well they played. Parker did play terrible but Friday will be a great game between East and Beloit. Stone can handle Nimrod and they can double Mason down low. That leaves Evans on the other end with no one able to guard him. Probably put McAdams on him but Evans is too athletic for him IMO. That is going to be a good game. Mason is still the X factor and I'll take East by 2.

East @ Parker - blowout. east by 20
Verona @ Memorial- another blowout. JMM by 16. Blue will have atleast 20.
Sun Prairie @ La Follette- MMMHHMMM..... close game but i pick LHS to pull out a win at home. Henly, Hakim, Singh, and Dybs are playin well together. Henly will get to the basket at will and hakim is a great spot up shooter as well as a solid defender. singh is playin well to. LHS by 8
Craig @ Beloit- Beloit by 15. craig is at the bottom of the conference this year and will be easy pickin for beloit.
West @ Middleton- ill go out on a limb and say west will pull the upset and beat middleton by 4 in middleton.
