How did the refs miss the kid stepping out of bounds on the steal?

I thought Conley, Jr. stepped out of bounds on that steal also. It led directly to 2 points and could have changed the game completely had he been called out. I'd have to see a replay however to for sure say he was out, but it sure looked like he was.

Did anyone catch the post-game press conference when Matta was whining about how he thought that Lighty was fouled....LMAO

If anyone should be whining it should be Oden, whining about how his god awfull coach can only recruit and has no idea how to teach a bigman post moves.

Thad Matta=Worst coach of all-time

Stop posting, if all he can do is recuirt then why are they a 1 seed in the tourney? Matta has had proven success everywhere he has went, you my friend are an idiot.

So Oden's offense is as good as it should be huh?

You're the moron making an ass of himself on an internet messageboard........

So everything that Matta does relys on the success of Greg Oden? He had 14 and 12 today, since the Michigan game in the big ten tournament, he has had a double-double in every game and also he has had over 10 points since 1/31 game against Purdue, so how is his offense not there yet.
Once again proving you wrong champ... [sm=m6.gif]

Matta has won everywhere he's coached ...he's averaged 25 wins per season (in 6 seasons) excluding this year in which The Ohio State University has already exceeded 25 wins and is seeded #1 in this year's NCAA Tournament. He's won at Butler (his only season as head coach); he's won at Xavier (3 seasons); and has won at OSU (now in his 3rd season). His first season at OSU in which he won 20 games is his worst head coaching performance. Matta is a winner and most likely - at the age of 40 - most likely will be remembered as one of the most successful coaches in the NCAA if he continues to coach for awhile. He can flat out coach.

His postgame comment in regard to the foul may be misconstrued since the media did not play his entire postgame remarks. He's a competitor and has a relentless drive to win. That's why he's averaged 25+ wins as a head coach in almost seven seasons.

I can admit when I'm wrong and this is one of those times. At the time I was pissed off about the whole game and kind of got the blinders on with being pissed at OSU.

This would make my bracket look really REALLY good. Keep it up Xavier.

Xavier is playing with the true chip on their shoulder and Oden will get number 5 shortly as well. This would help me out so much if Xaiver won...

between UW and OSU...I'd say UW is the overrated team.

sorry, but the media doesnt beat off to wisconsin like they do osu. also, a bunch of analysts were picking georgia tech (who didn't even win their first round game) to beat wisconsin in the 2nd round. so explain to me how wisconsin can be more overrated than osu when we get ripped apart constantly whil osu is put on a pedistal?

Well lets see, UW is losing by 10+ points in the first two games to a 7 and a 15 seed. They layed an absoulte egg against OSU in the Big Ten Title game, that was an embrassing perfromance.
Also ESPN is doing an all-access with the Wisconsin Badgers, no other team. How is the media not focusing on them?
It makes sense that some would be GT/UNLV because of the athleticism.

this game just proves how overrated osu is. oden absolutely levels that guy out of bounds, should be technical foul and ball game, any one other than oden would have gotten a technical, but no not greg oden. then xavier misses a free throw to put the nail in the coffin and osu lucks out with a 3. their time has come to get exposed. their luck will run out soon enough
