Based on last year's divisions, or this year's projected ones?

If Chippewa Falls enrollment of 1568 for September 2005 is correct I tend to believe that they will be in division 1 for 2006. You use the prior years enrollment as of the third week in September. In a tie breaker situation you use the current years enrollment for the third week in September.

we will be adjusting stuff for this year's enrollments around week 3

A couple of thoughts...
Division 1
Green Bay Preble lost pretty much everyone from last season, while DCE appears loaded. Milwaukee Riverside's defense should be very tough with a D1 prospect on the DL and an extremely athletic secondary.
Oak Creek is game planning with 1 month of material against teams that have game planning against them for years. Milwaukee Bay View is very athletic and will most liely win the City and earn a good seed for the playoffs.
Division 2
Marshfield is returning a lot of experience and should be poised for a return to the top of the Valley. Waukesha West has 2 D1 players in the backfield and both Trickeys on the sidline. Cedarburg returns all 3 RBs in?a dominant running attack. Chippewa Falls has possibly the easiest schedule of all the teams ranked in D2, while a few of those teams will have at least 1 loss courtesy of eachother. Milwaukee Custer has another new coach and a boat-load of inelligible players.
Division 3
Sheboygan Falls lost Tutas to the OC Head job.
Greendale returns 9 of 11 defensive starters, including All-State DL Brunner, to a team that reached Level 3 of the playoffs. Catholic Memorial, while very talented, lacks the depth to survive a Classic 8 schedule, Milwaukee Tech, and its home games on artificial turf.
Division 4
Thomas More graduated a lot and lacks depth in the new and improved Woodland. St Francis, when healthy, has 2 of the best players in the state, as well as the most experienced coaching staff in the conference. My sleeper in D4 is Platteville to win it all over Ripon.

I don't think Chippewa Falls has the easiest schedule...don't forget the play Holmen, Edina (MN), Menomonie, and Rice Lake...all really tough teams.

Who in their right mind gave votes in D6 to Rosholt and Amherst? Amherst won't even qualify for the play-offs. This is why you can't put any stock in polls, preseason or otherwise.

Custer has not been that hard by ineligible players. During the off season the program cleaned house and the younger players will need time to develop.
