Needed to start a new post off the Top 10 post. Based upon what I read on the Top 10 post about KM/M and Janesville, I agree that they shouldn't be split. I would like to see the hockey boosters grow that sport to Mukwanago and the other side of Janesville so that quality hockey flourishes in the future (10-20 Years?).

It is hard for me to understand why a city of 60,000 can only develop enough talent for one high school team. KM and Mukwanago are also two large schools. Madison and Milwaukee have other economic issues at play that I don't believe the schools mentioned here have to deal as much with. I am always impressed with the smaller schools in the smaller towns being successful.

So how do you smaller schools find quality boosters, coaches, etc. to develop the the quality teams that some of you do?
