meh no need to really stir the pot...I know a few certain posters are die hard Favre/Anti-All Things Packers but lets not stir the pot when we are 7-4 and really haven't proven anything in any of our last few wins either...I won't deny the Vikings schedule is less than or equal to the Packers overall but they have played Baltimore at home which was a great game but they came out on top...whether by luck or not and lost to the defending superbowl champs...we still play those two...lets just beat these teams and let our play in the playoffs do the talking and not worry about these piddly (sp?) arguments

No, the Packers aren't terrible right now, they are lucky. They've been lucky around 7 times this season and terrible around 4...Some GM's get all of the luck...

The 5-5 Ravens?

Have you seen their strength of schedule?

I'm pretty sure that the fact that they only have one loss makes this argument null and void.

Are they a good team? Yes.

Are they better than Indianapolis or New Orleans? Probably not.

To be fair, that is based on 2008 records, in which the Ravens' opponents went 111-143 (.483 winning percentage). Heading into their game against the 6-4 Steelers, Ravens opponents (that they've already played) have gone 59-42 (.584 winning percentage).

they are still 5-5

with 2 wins against the browns, and one against the chiefs.

They were also just a dropped Mark Clayton pass at the 8 yard line away from beating the Patriots in Foxboro, a missed last-second FG away from beating the Vikings in the dome, and a late bonehead decision away from beating the 10-0 Colts. Baltimore is a good team and could easily be 9-1. Unfortunately they've had some trouble at the ends of games. Anyone who think the Packers have an easy game coming up on Monday night is an idiot....

I'm a Pack fan and with that being said, my answer is all of the Vikes wins have been quality. It's still the NFL, and for the majority of time the Vikes have played controlled, mature football. They are winning because they know how to win.

God I hate them!

As much as I despise the Vikings, I have to say that all wins are quality. Here's why:

Every win they have other than the San Francisco game, the first Packers game, and the Baltimore game has been by two scores or more. Obviously showing that they have a potent offense and a pretty good defense (they are 2nd in the league in pts scored and 10th in pts allowed). But now remember that in the San Francisco game Brett Favre led a final drive comeback which gave the Vikings yet another win. Sure the score was close but they came from behind and scored within the final seconds. The first Packer game was won by their special teams stopping the Packers from getting an onside kick which could have very well led to a tie and possibly overtime. The Baltimore game, well okay so the kicker blew that one technically but a win is a win.
