I agree that '09 is a nice class and looks quite a bit better than the '10 class in my mind. 2011 has a ton of "potential" from what I've seen. There are a lot of nice players just in my neck of the woods and I'm sure there's plenty more out there in the southern part of the state.

Impressive start to the list. I think this says something about how good HS Girls Basketball is in the state when there girls that have signed D1 and are not in the top 25.
The class of 09 is good but the classes f 10 and 11 are better and deeper.

I'll take an all around player over someone who doesn't play defense any day. As they say defense wins championships.

I am surprised that the 6' forward from Elva Strum is not mentioned. I am assuming it is Brynn Salava. I saw her play at the Wausau Elite Summer tournament. She didn't seem to interested in playing defense however her offensive skills and athletic ability are better then other players on the list. For example she is better Eichler or Walters, not up there with Wurtz however. She could clearly play defense if she wanted to.

Just a little FYI..Sarah Eichler was co MVP with Wurtz at the showcase up in Wisconsin Dells. It's really a shame that points are looked at more than what players bring to the game off the ball. She can easily score 15+ points per game, but it is her tenacious defense and unbelievable team work, willing to pass the ball and play as a team mate that makes this girl one of the best basketball players I have ever had the pleasure to watch
