I think Tony Mane was a senior last year that had an unbelievably high scoring avg. Does anybody know if he is playing in college this year?

That is correct, Tony Mane is on scholarship at Chicago State. Not sure if he's getting alot of playing time though. He should be able to contribute to thier team though. This kid can flat out score.

He would be playing alot right now, but he's decided to transfer to Lacrosse next semester, where he'll be playing next year.

I have no idea why he would want to transfer from a D1 school, where he would of gotten plenty of playing time as a freshman, to a D3 school. It had to of been personal. It wasn't like he would of been riding the bench the whole season. But UW-LaCrosse is a solid D3 program in a solid conference. I figure Tony must want to continue averaging 30 a game.

I don't understand it, I have been to CSU and I think that it is a great University in a great city (Chicago). This has happened before too, Derrick Wimmer ave 10 ppg there then opted to transfer to UW-M where he rode the bench. Tony would have been a solid contributer there...He will be a stud at UW-L.
Eric Devendorf will make an NBA roster by 2013.

I doubt that...... Try finding a guy, much less a guard, in the WIAC that has averaged 30 pts/game. It doesn't happen. The WIAC is a big man's league, with the 4's and 5's typically getting the majority of the touches nightly. Take a look at the leading scorers below. You'll see there is only one guard who has led the WIAC in scoring during the last 8 seasons, and that was at roughly 19 points/game. The defenses in the WIAC are too physical to allow a guard to have success on a nightly basis.

1999-18.8 (Merrill Brunson-G-UWP)
2000-24.1 (Brant Bailey-C-UWSP)
2001-21.4 (Vince Thomas-F-UWS)
2002-23.5 (Tim Dworak-F-UWO)
2003-28.1 (Rich Melzer-F-UWRF)
2004-26.9 (Rich Melzer-F-UWRF)
2005-19.1 (Jason Kalsow-F-UWSP)
2006-21.4 (Leonard Cobb-F-UWS)

Dont forget that last year the POY in the WIAC was GUARD from WW Manchester.
Shoots that theory out of the water.

How do you figure???? He averaged 12.5 pts/game. If anything it backs up my statement even more. The POY was a guard who didn't even score 30 in one game, much less average 30.

Why would one think that Mane is going to average 30???
