Travis - I don't know if this is an easy fix or not (if there is such a thing), but this seems like an odd decision: When browsing threads, the creator of the topic is listed twice, and is listed twice even if they are NOT the latest reply. For example, habes44 is the creator of the topic below, but they aren't the latest reply. It seems a little redundant to list their name on both the left and the right...maybe it would be better if the creator of the topic was on the right and the author of the latest post was on the left? This goes against normal forum conventions that I've found elsewhere. This is more of a nuisance on mobile IMO.

I believe I notice that if you quote a post the name of the original quoted poster still appears on the left side since the name of that poster is bracketed and basically stars the new post.  Maybe??

** Edit - and now I notice that even though I quoted the above post my name did appear on the left side as the most recent poster but I have noticed that at time when I quote a post the name of the quoted poster shows up on the left, not the name of the most recent poster.  Hmmmm.

You and your 14 posts will be missed. Maybe you had another screen name. But seriously, I am slowly warming up to the new format. Clicking on "topic" first helps.

I was thinking along the same lines, my advice, use the forum more and you'll get used to it.

Sorting by TOPICS does help except to say that some generic thread titles like "Scores Thread 1/8" or "2017 ABC Conference" you have no idea if you are in Boys BB or Girls BB or any other sport topic.

If you look at the line below the name of the thread, it tells you what sub forum it is part of.

For example:

Scores Thread 1/8-13

That would require me to actually read. Remember "if it isn't easy quit" [crazy]

The new forum is different but as you use it more you learn how to navigate through it.  It's not too bad. I wish more people were still around to comment and discuss things here but it seems we aren't interested in much discussion only sending barbs in 280 characters or less.

Is there a setting at the top of the page where there is an arrow and then the Title The New Format.

It seems that I have to click three or four times to go back to the main page.

The forum looks all out of whack for me. All of the subforums are listed vertically at the top of the page, and it's mostly whitespace now. Anyone else seeing this?
