Plowjockey. keep walking and most importantly eat right, check the labels on the food you buy. If need to go see a dietician like I did. Another thing the first 8 pounds or so come off real easy i bet. pretty soon you will hit a wall but keep going your body needs time to adjust. Eat 5 times a dsay and fist size portions at main meals. Never eat after 8 "If you eat after weight you put on weight. Start doing push-ups and sit ups. the more muscle you have the more calories are burned. Talk to you at the game tonight

my suggestion would be to get alot of protein for the simple fact that is helps rebuild ur muscle and it fills u up which will help u eat less.....when u r craving a snack, eat soemting like a peanut butter sandwich, high in protein, and before u know it, ur filled up

hope ur doin well on ur diet plowjockey. Also a meal they may help you get full and that has lots of nutrition, calcium and vitamins is CEREAL. It always fills me up and it also is very good for you and noone ever got fat from eating too much cereal so I believe that cereal a few times a day will help if you cut out all ur other junk that u know makes us men thick around the waists
