Now that it appears that this is a done deal, what are everyone's thoughts?

I've been told that PdC plays West Salem and Arcadia next year as part of this and I believe they count as conference games. They still play Westby and Decorah for non conference teams.

Wait, what did I miss? Are Platteville and Lancaster going to be dominating the Coulee for years to come now too?! []

Platteville has Westby there and Gale-Ettrick-Trempaleau at home as part of the new SWC-Coulee crossover.

I'm not sure, but I believe Lancaster drew Black River Falls and either West Salem or Gale-Ettrick-Trempaleau.

I believe the agreement means that this is for varsity football only. While this isn't a great option, it's better than playing a team twice during the season. When you play someone twice, there is always the possibility that you could play them a third time during the playoffs.

i totally agree with you, plus this gives most teams to see teams they may not see until the playoffs.
