Ohio is in real trouble and have been for awhile in this game.

Butler looking good, again. Speaking of Butler, why is Lickliter doing so bad at Iowa? Year 3 you think he should be able to out recruit Butler.

To be fair, Ohio State is without Evan Turner. He's their best player by far and may be one of the best in the country. This is a team still learning how to play without him. Regardless, Butler is the better team today.

Ohio? You mean Ohio State?

The Big10 by all accounts so far this season has been a very big disappointment besides winning the challenge.

The RPI of the conference stinks, but I try not to put any weight into those measures until after the NC season is over.

(FYI the Big10 is currently 6th in conference RPI....while the Horizon is 12th)

Lights Out!!!!

Because its Iowa.....without the AD's support, without talent, and without a natural recruiting base it is difficult to win games.

Lickliter is a good guy, and a very good coach. I hope Iowa gives him a few more years to get the ship righted, but I doubt that will happen.

12th for conference RPI is actually the norm the last few years for the Horizon. Last year they were 11th and in 2005 they were 10th for the highest finish yet. It's becoming (or is) one of the best mid-major conferences out there.

Figured it kind of fit in here..

UW-GB's men got knocked around by Oakland (5-5) yesterday. Something like 70-54.

GB shot around 34%, but were without Fletcher which probably hurt a lot.
