I don't know what it is, but i found this story, starting with the headline to be hilarious. Just picture it. Marvin Harrison with a two guns blasting away at someone. So funny. And then, the bullet struck with "great force and violence." How else does a bullet strike lol, is that really a neccessary description. Is anyone really thinking that the bullet gently and compassionately worked itself into the guy's back?

Maybe the bullet negotiated it's way into the man's back. Or orchestrated it's way into his back.

This is starting to get suspicious. Whether Harrison is guilty of the first or this shooting, he's obviously involved in some stuff that he shouldn't be.

This Marvin Harrison saga is worse than Vick's dog fighting. Donte Stallworth driving drunk and killing a man is worse than Vick's dog fighting. Leonard Little driving drunk and killing a woman is worse than Vick's dog fighting.

I don't condone dog fighting, but I know it's well below killing another human being or attempting to harm another human being on the hierarchy of crimes.

I don't know about the others, but I would probably say the Leonard Little saga is one of the worst in all of sports. Little drank, drove, and killed a woman who was completely not at fault. He got off, and not only did he not show a huge amount of remorse for killing a woman, but he drove drunk again only a little while later. I don't think he should be playing in the NFL anywhere again, and I think its much worse than what Vick or any other player has done.

agreed...I just think it's sad that as Americans some people seem to brush off one story and focus on another...or maybe I should say the media...I mean I think we had the convo on here a while back about if any of us would have hit someone with our car while intoxicated that that person would be in jail for a long LONG time and what...Stallworth got 23 days in jail? give mea break...

and this is WAY off topic but I also got kind of irritated when Michael Jackson died and people were focusing on him and how "great" he was but there is so much crap behind the scenes we don't know about him and some of the things he was put on trial for...or his hanging a baby over a balcony...I mean this guy TO ME...was a nut job the last 10-15 years of his life...

and people celebrated his life but not the likes of [link=http://www.latimes.com/news/obituaries/la-me-kenneth-reusser4-2009jul04,0,6824008.story]Kenneth Reusser[/link] who died during the same time...I'm not a huge Military guy or what not but it upsets me to see someone who gave our country music and scandal get so much more publicity than a war hero...

(did I just turn this political...my bad)

Here's what cracks me up. The media treats Plaxico Burress like he's this headcase waiting to explode and crap on him for accidently SHOOTING HIMSELF, yet Marvin Harrison is apparently tied in with some crooked business where people are claiming he shot them and then get murdered afterwards, and we barely hear anything about it.
