Is there any place, other than paging through Newspaper Access or similar programs, to find records prior to 2002-03?

I cover Lakeside Lutheran and know they haven't had an undefeated regular season under coach Matthies but want to see if they have ever had one. While NA and other sites are great, you really have to plow through a lot of unrelated stuff to get anywhere.

Thanks!

Honestly, contacting the school may be best bet. There's this, but as of right now it seems to have info for only football, though the text says they're supposed to have other sports (not sure if they had overall records or just conference anyways): http://www.postcrescent.com/article/99999999/APC0110/399991397/-1/DataMine/Varsity-Search-prep-conference-standings
The Packers/Badgers/Brewers are like your children; you don't love them because they're good, you love them because they're yours.

Yes contact the school or coach, I did that up here in New London & found everything I needed to know except for a few missing seasons that are still at large. Also if you know of a local or regional newspaper that covers that area you can visit the local library or library of that regional paper & look at microfilm. I did that & found many missing games from the missing seasons I had.
