Who ya got?

I'll take Pewaukee, they no longer fly under the radar after Saturday.

Sherburne and Co. were good practice for G'Dale's passing attack.

I don't think Pewaukee's backs are any better than UG's (Vyvyan is severely underrated and overlooked)...but I think you're right in that Pewaukee should be able to do a lot on the ground.

trust me Vyvyan has my respect. the kid is a beast. he will be a great back next year as well. i was at union grove's last 2 games, and he played extremely well in both, i just think the combination of pewaukee's line and running backs is better than union groves combination of line and running backs. the 3-3 stack(which they have been in most of the time i have seen them) is very vulnerable to the run, im interested to see if greendale changes things up a bit along the defensive front

im going with pewaukee. i really think pewaukee's defense can slow down greendale enough to the point where they need to run the ball, and i dont think greendale can win if they need to run and pass 50-50. pewaukee will no doubt be running the ball. union grove showed just how vulnerable greendale's defense is to the run, and IMO pewaukee has a better running game than union grove. should be a good game.

im taking pewaukee by 6 in a close hard hitting game

Ike did the same thing.

Congrats to Pewaukee on a really good season....

Hopefully Greendale can give Wisco a run for their money. Wisco is just so darn good though! I really wish I could go

This game by far had to be one of the better ones I?ve seen in a long time. There were so many big plays by BOTH sides. All of the receivers were making big time pro like catches. I think the height of Pewaukee?s receives gave them an advantage, and the speed of Greendale?s gave them an advantage. In seeing Pewaukee play before, I somehow think that they were uncomfortable having to spread out to adjust to Gdale?s spread. It was kind of evident when that running back that Gdale has was gouging them up the middle. That guy runs with a serious lean. I?m picking Pewaukee to be the team to beat next year.

Gdale's offense is running on all cylinders right now. I don't see them stopping WISCO running attack (who has?) and I don't see WISCO stopping Gdale's pass attack (who has?). Look for a lot of points!

Final:

GD-42 Pew-28

Got to hand it to pewaukee...they played with a lot of guts and heart. Things weren't looking so good for GD when the pirates went up in the third quarter by a touchdown. While I knew they were good, they still turned out to be better than I expected.

Also, props to GD...they TOO, were better than I gave them credit for. It would have been easy just to pack in in after three straight pewaukee scores; but they didn't. They stuck with it, and in the end, made the score appear more comfortable than it felt in the stands. Those panthers really know how to score in bunches.

Well, this sets up yet ANOTHER woodland matchup against Wisco. C'mon boys, you've got nothing to lose, and everything to gain. Make us proud!!!!
