that is the code for it, Mick. When you actually hit "post", it will format the way you want. Kind of like the quote /quote feature.

Thanks, VOR, I think I've got it now. I had been attempting to post after the 2nd bracket instead of between the brackets.

I do have a related problem, however. When editing, if I attempt to bold something in a paragraph which has already posted, I'm having difficulty going back in & bolding at the point in that paragraph which I desire. The brackets insist on appearing at the end of the paragraph instead of where I'd like them to appear. Any advice?

Sorry if this has been repeated at some point on here, but how do you change the "additional information" such as my favorite sport teams, sports, etc. I can see my current teams/sports, but can't seem to find where I can edit that part of my profile.

A Big ol' 5 stars who helps me!

On the bottom of the page you have a tab that states User Control Panel. Click that. It will open a page with various tabs etc. One of the tabs is edit profile. Under additional options you can change your information you requested!

In the new forum, don't know if it has been addressed but I save changes to my profile such as gender, interests, etc but it does not actually seem to save. It only resets.

Exactly. I have noticed that I lose my profile info EVERYday. I have to re-enter it each day & the next day it's gone. What's up?

go back in the paragraph and insert the code (like text)... it's what I did above.
