I think losing kampman and harris will probably help this team out. Kampman really wasn't cutting it in the 3-4 and harris has been the most overrated cb in the league for years. New players will just have to step up now that they're given a shot. Also, in defense of gotnogame's rants, the packers (although they're 7-4) really have had a creampuff schedule thus far beating the teams they should and losing to the teams they should (with the exception of dallas and tampa). It will be interesting to see how they close out the season and playoffs if they make it, because the next few weeks are going to say a lot about whether this team is legit or not.

Who has the creampuff schedule?

Apparently the whole division, yikes. That's rather lopsided. If I saw that and I was a Bears fan I'd be pretty sad right now.
You are not smarter than your favorite team's upper management, so stop trying to be.

At least the Vikes get it as far as what you should do with a creampuff schedule. Just win baby.

So when the Vikes squeak out wins all is ok. But if the Pack even struggle a little bit in any of their wins the sky is falling?
If the ball bounces the pack's way in a couple games like it did for the vikes, the pack could have 2 more wins also.
In the end, making the playoffs is all that matters....once there anything can happen.....

If the season ended today, the Packers would have the first wild card spot. Outside of the Tampa loss, which was gross, I wouldn't say they aren't getting it done.

Pack has played 5 games against 4 teams with a combined 5 wins total between them (out of 41 games). Wins against Bears and SF are wins against sub 500 teams while Dallas win was the ONE quality win. Got to play who they put in front of you but a little perspective never hurts.

Well, at least the Pack has a quality win.
The only wins the Vikings have against a team with a winning record is the Pack....and since the pack stink so bad, the Vikings have nothing to brag about...right?

The vikes have also played 3 of those 4 teams the pack has....so the vikes have the same thing going for them.

If the special teams make plays in a couple games like it did for the vikes, the pack could have 2 more wins also.

Lets keep gambling off the boards

I am guessing that is Diener's edited comment? Seriously, why does every post have to do with gambling lately? No one really cares. If they wanted gambling advice, they surely wouldn't listen to you and be checking Wissports for it. They have hotlines for that.

We need a negativity thread for the haters to post in by the way. Its been two years. GET OVER IT!

Yeah isn't it against the rules to discuss gambling?

I'm glad you didn't want the game and just looked at the stats after. That 13-7 lead felt like about a 28-3 lead. This game was never in jeopardy and regardless of how healthy or hurt Calvin Johnson and Stafford were, we still would have dominated them. Stafford made some awful rookie mistakes and no injury (to a non-throwing shoulder no less) can make up for those mistakes. And lets be honest, Woodson is the best CB in the league and Calvin Johnson at 150% still wouldn't have made such an impact. The Lions offense never got into a rhythm, they were never in any threat of scoring on back to back drives...the Packers dominated that game.

not to hate on Woodsons sick year, but most coaches, announcers, and even madden (lol) say Nnamdi is the best cb in the nfl, and from the video I watched of him hes just crazy good. Woodson is making statements tho

Nnamdi can not do what Woodson can do. Maybe you can argue the point that Nnamdi can cover receivers better but he can't get 7 tackles 1 sack and forced fumble. That is an average game for Woodson. He is not nearly as good as Woodson overall. Plus Woodson can ballhawk. You can say that teams don't throw by Nnamdi but Woodson can ball hawk passes to receivers he isn't covering as well. Woodson is much better in run support.

The VIKES have 9 wins including 2 over the PACK. We will see how the PACK fares against Baltimore, Pittsburgh, and even Seattle. There is nothing else to say other than the VIKES will win NFC North and they are BETTER than the PACK. So many of your posts are being deleted these days not sure I get a chance to read all your wit and witticisms before they disappear into the internet void. EOS.

Guess you don't know about teasers. Took Pack and Over as teaser only because was worried about megatron health. Also think Lions would have been much better off with Culpepper than an obviouslu hurt rookie qb. Would have teased Lions and over if their top two offensive players weren't more hurt than healthy. Pack dodged bullet today.

Many a packer fan was close to the barf bag with that 13-7 halftime lead but Staford made it easy. Without Woodson Pack d would be in shambles.

"""Get a clue, Jordy. He's getting close to "take your helmet off and sit down" territory""
Don't be so hard on Jordy. Afte all a 2nd round pick on wr who is good at....blocking ain't all bad.

MM tried his best to give it away again but lions got their win last week so 2 in a row was to much to expect even against MM 2nd half decision making.

Things get a bit tougher from this point forward and from what I heard looks like no clifton.

man.....do I wish I were you! you just have all the answers for everything! we all should just give up!

Why thank you. Yes I think you should just give up. First smart post you have had.

whatever. you are full of it. you proclaim to always take the over because that is the obvious choice every game. Then when are called out on it you just "happen" to not follow your obvious choice that week. you are pathetic and are only posting on here to cause controversy and get off on it.
