I'm still alive in the playoffs in my league, so I might be able to help. What do you need to know?

A brief rundown of your options:
Mike Anderson and Tatum Bell @ Buffalo: After Anderson struggle's the last couple weeks against Baltimore and Dallas I look for him to have a breakout game against the horrible Bills run defense. He and Bell should see extensive action as Shanahan looks to reestablish the run and dominate on the ground in a cold and possibly snowy Buffalo.

Tory Holt vs. Philly: Gotta start Holt here despite the revolving door of QB's. Looks like Jamie Martin will be back under center and Holt will pick up some yards and probably a TD.

Andre Johnson vs. Arizona: Johnson is a little banged up, but has had a much better 2nd half of the season after a terrible start. Playing a poor Arizona secondary expect 60 yards and maybe a cheap touchdown in this game.

Chris Brown vs. Seattle: Splitting carries with Travis Henry, and a little banged up. A weak play vs, an improving Seattle defense.

Darrell Jackson @ Tennessee: Will start for the first time since getting injured. Upside Hasselbeck has been throwing the ball well lately, and Tenn. has a poor secondary. Downside how will he preform his first time out, and how many plays will he be on the field?

Carnell Williams @ NE: Runnning well the last couple of weeks, and Gruden will look to use him plenty in the cold @ NE. Has given way to Mike Alstott @ the gaol line sometimes but still a good play vs. a banged up defense.

My motto is play as many running backs as you can because they are going to get more touches than any reciever. With that said you still have to look at other factors like opposing defense, starting quarterback, and if they split carries with another back.

I would play these 4 players:
Carnell Williams @ NE
Tory Holt vs. Philly
Mike Anderson @ Buffalo
those 3 for sure then either Bell just for insurance (although Mike Anderson's running style fits better with poor conditions) or Andre Johnson.
