Milton Red Hawks get a much needed win! Milton started the season off to a slow start losing 4 in a row by only 13 total points. Edgerton visited Milton last night and played hard but Milton's size was a major factor. Milton's improved passing and defense set the tone for a entertaining contest!

Rookie Head Coach Zack Groelle gets his first Varsity win(his first of many).

Milton 0-3 in the Badger South Conference 4-1 overall have long time rival Fort Atkinson at home Friday Night. With a Win Friday Night Milton can get right back in the race for Conference Champions without a dominate front runner in the Badger South.

Milton is young with only three seniors on the roster and its three Sophmores not only get minutes but can all produce on both ends of the court. It appears Milton is improving each game and should really make the Badger South interesting.

Seriously? Did I not get that memo about posting Pointless information. Several Points seem to jump off the page here let me help you out..

Point 1.. Milton gets its First win of the young season.....
Point 2.. Four losses buy 13 total points, means one or two possessions, a turnover or two, I think your getting it! Milton could easily be 5-0.

Nice a 3 Pointer.. Milton is young (and talented) enough said on that point!

Point 4.. Badger South is wide open and will be a entertaining Season...

Hope this helps

Are they 5-0? No they arent it doesnt matter how much they lost by the fact is they lost. Nobody cares about a 1-4 team. Congrats on their win but until they start knocking off top teams in the state then we can talk about them but until then nobody cares about them.

Congrats on the win and all, but this probably belongs on a conference board. Sorry to temper your excitement but a couple things:
1. The team they beat, Edgerton, is about half the size of Milton and has a record of 1-4. Not exactly a "statement win".

2. I don't know how you can really say with certainty that Groelle will have many wins.

3. Even with a win at Fort Atkinson (who is 0-4), the Red Hawks wouldn't exactly be "right back in the race". Plus, I think it's a little early to be talking about conference races.

With another loss tonight ... come on.

Once again, saying THEY have such a GREAT sophomore class ... you may want to temper this claim until they prove something.
