Can't find the link but I was reading them earlier today, Peyton Manning was #1 with 99, Brady was #2 with 98. I was baffled that Rivers was rated just an 88 after having such a high QB rating last year. The cut-off for the top ten was 87 and Rodgers wasn't in it.
How does Rodgers only get an 87? What a joke.
Not so much. I heard the developers are trying something new where the 90's are reserved for the truly great players, the ones who actually make a difference in the game nd stand out. There will be many, many more players rated in the 70's which is a lot more realistic. Basically, in past Madden's 85 was average. In Madden '10, 75 is the new 85.
I think it's a great idea. 75-70 is usually the C area right, and say is average. 80's pretty good, 90's, you stand out.
I like it a lot actually, NCAA should take this up as well, so many recruits become 90's.
