I'm sorry, but if a player starts moving the ball quickly back and forth from one hand to another and just took off running, I'm calling a travel. Don't care what any supposed interpretations claim.

Mind you this is not just some guy off the street ( or Gym) writing this. I guess they ARE the most understood. I think most of us here know that there is no over the back but still see it yelled at almost every game we watch.
