notre dame overrated yet again

ps BS call, biased refs and biased announcers, theres no way GT pulls this one off

Lol you obviously haven't been watching the whole game because the refs were more in favor of GT the entire game, every time ND had a decent play they got flagged, calls are made every team has to deal with them. That was clearly a helmet to helmet hit, in any league that would have been called so stop crying, if that was your teams QB out there and they got hit like that you would be screaming if that wasn't called. ND owns, and Quinn is easily the best QB in the nation.

ND owns stanford and navy, that's about it. my only wish was that they played usc early on so ppl will finally see how overrated ND is. then again, when aren't they overrated? michigan might take care of them soon enough anyway, although i don't think michigan is as strong as alotta ppl think.

do you think any team is strong?

Overrated? No. They have an offense that is more capable of scoring than any other team in the land.

Overhyped? Yes.

As for the ND win last night: They were on the road, and squeaked a 14-10 victory. It was a very frustrating game offensively. Quinn looked like he had no idea what was going on. GT were giving him some looks that confused the hell out of him.

Should there be panic in South Bend? No. Brady Quinn had an off game, and that's why ND struggled on the offensive side. He will not have many games, if any the rest of the season like last night.

ORIGINAL: Chuckles7615 ND has tools from last years defense including probably the best safety in the nation IMO in Zbikowski and also a pretty solid LB crew. OSU doesnt have many tools from last years defense.

ND's defense last year was almost as bad as Wisconsin's... they were 75th in overall defense and 103rd in passing. Not too impressive. Like others have said, overrated maybe, overhyped definitely. IMO, they are top 10--15 material, but not top 3.

So much hate for ND? Lets talk about OSU and Texas overrated. Basically a whole defense is gone from Ohio St. and they are rated number one. The offensive is spectacluar but it can only take you so far. Texas has a frosh. QB leading them, which is never good and usually never succeed. To their credit, their defense is very storng but they got to put up points. ND deserves to be up there and will be when its all said and done no matter the outcome tonight.

wait, your whole "the offensive is spectacluar but it can only take you so far" fits ND more that OSU
"Son, what are you doing sleeping in my daughter's dormroom?"
-"Uhhhhh, i got to go, im late for class."
-"Its Saturday morning."
-"Then im really late for class. Where are my pants?"

ohio state would beat them by 30

if it was in columbus, then yeah, probably. But if it was in south bend it would be a lot closer.

It would be a shootout.

Ohio State has that athletic offense with playmakers everywhere. Same goes with Notre Dame. Offensively, I'll take Ohio State.

Defensively, Ohio State is inexperienced and unproven. Notre Dame is experienced but still not a great defense.

In Columbus, Ohio State would win. In South Bend, Ohio State would win.

Would it be by 30? No.
