Sectional 1:
#1. St.Croix Valley - A perennial power they should take this region, but not without a struggle
#2 Eau Claire Area - With an older team, ECA is a team to look out for this season
#3 Hayward Co-op - The team will struggle with the loss of Aly Tremblay and Holly Turnbulll, but they still have enough skill to win many games
#4 WSLFG - WSLFG didnt lose may players and Wendy Roberts will carry this team to a #4 spot
#5 Chippewa Falls/Menomonie - Still a young team, look for Chippewa to be the upset team this year
#6 Hudson - Hudson will have an average season this year, not a whole lot of skilled players
#7 Superior - Sadey Laurvick is a very skilled player, but Superior doesn't have enough depth to be a contender
#8 New Richmond - Wont win many games this year

Sectional #2:
#1 Central Wisconsin Storm- CWS dominates this sectional every year and I dont expect them to stop now
#2 Northland Pines - Without many graduating seniors, this team will win the Great Northern Conference again
#3 Northern Edge - A young team with lots of potential, the Northern Edge could give CWS a run for their money
#4 Point-Rapids- The Red Panthers is a dark horse in Section 2 this year
#5 Marshfield - The loss of Paige Johnson will hurt the team but Marshfield will still be a decent team
#6 Lakeland - Isabelle Johnson will not be able to keep this team in the top half of the bracket
#7 Tomahawk - The Hatches will struggle again this year, but they should be a bit better than last year
#8 Medford - Medford lost quite a few seniors and the lack of leadership and depth will get Medford the #8 spot in their Section

Sectional #3
#1 Onalaska Co-op - With TK, Jacyn Reeves and Jamie Weilandt, Onalaska will dominate the rinks all over Wisconsin
#2 Cap City Cougars - The cougars will be a pretty good team with Alexis Peterson leading the pack
#3 Metro Lynx - The Metro Lynx will be good again this year but wont be able to overtake Onalaska
#4 Icebergs - The Icebergs lost some key seniors last year and they will not be able to have a years as sucessful as the last
#5 Rock County Fury - Rock County only lost 2 seniors, so their team will be similar to last years team
#6 Badger Thunder - Badger Thunder also lost some key seniors and will struggle some this year
#7 Black River Falls Co-op - BRF lost their top three scorers and will not be as good as last year
#8 Beaver Dam Co-op - Beaver Dam will be terrible but they should improve a little from last year
#9 Viroqua Co-op - Viroqua will have another winless season earning them the #8 spot in the sectional

Sectional #4
#1 Brookfield Co-op - Arianna Smith will lead this team to a top spot and look for Brookfield to give Onalaska trouble in the State Tournament
#2 USM Co-op - USM wont be able to repeat last year's sucess but they will be a very competitive team
#3 Bay Area Ice Bears - BAIB will be a contender and any of the top three teams could take the spot to go to state
#4 Appleton United - Appleton will be a decent team this year and should go over .500
#5 Arrowhead - Arrowhead is a pretty young team with quite a bit of talent, but they still wont break the top of the bracket
#6 Fondy Co-op - The Warbirds lost a lot of seniors and will be a weak team this year
#7 Waupaca Co-op - Waupaca is another young team, but they dont have as much talent with the exception of Mandy Tomlinson
#8 Fox Cities Stars - Dont look for FCS to be very good this year, they wont win many games

State Tournament Championship: Onalaska 5 Brookfield 3
State Tournament 3rd Place Game: CWS 3 SCV Fusion 2

I believe Hudson started a girls and boys JV program this year. I would assume the girls play MN JV teams.

Really? I guess I would be surprised if Hudson didn't already have a boys JV team.

Do any girls programs in the state also support a JV team? If so, who do they play?
