They swept a double-header from Almond to clinch it with the Rosholt team in attendance.

here's what i dont get ok Iola sweeps the CWC small and yet everone still talks trash about them. dont even try to tell me they have the worst sportsmanship in the confrence. lets refer to a couple instances. state basketball who won the sportsmanship award IOLA. also last night at the double header between iola and almond i was there to see the terrible sportsmanship from Almond and Rosholt. Rosholt was so pathetic that they had to show up to the game and stand right next to the almond dugout basiclly in it. On many ocasions they yelled at the iola players i think at one point i heard a rosholt fan yell #15 SUCKS!! Just beacause rosholt could not win it by them selfs they had to stoop to that level. and almond went with it. they tried to stall by there coach arguing every call possible. Also adam bradley walking for about 30 sec between ever pitch. at one point braden hunkens(dont know about spelling) hit iola's pitcher. and yes it was intentional. so to sum this all up all you people who doubt iola or "hate" them because they have "terrible sportsmanship" take a look at the truth. THEY SWEEP THE MAJOR THREE SPORTS GET OVER IT. and dont worry cwc small iola wont be here next year to sweep you again. yea they will have a tough time in the large next year who cares no one is saying theyll win confrence or come close but to be honest no one thought they would go to state in football or basketball or win confrence for baseball so who knows. SO F*** THE DOUBTERS

Thank you, Taking the Title. I'm glad someone else said it. I play on the team, so I was there also, and I was appalled by the poor sportsmanship of Almond and Rosholt. Marion was in the race as well, but they didn't come to razz us during the game. Rosholt and Almond should take lessons from the Mustangs. Thank you guys for being a class act.

I think that is bad what those teams did. But apparently the wiaa didn't watch any of the Sentry classic when considering the sportsmanship award. A player throwing a punch and throwing an elbow on two seperate occasions.

We'll see how well Iola does in the large. Plus their best class in school history is now graduating. It won't be as easy.

All three schools have bad reputations of being poor sports. Some years some of their sports teams are bad sports, but not always. It doesn't help that many of the fans at the games are worse than the parents.

Dude, I've got one question for you. Have you taken any English classes?

This isn't msn or icq here, you can spell out words and take the time to use proper punctuation.
The Brewers will finish 90-72 and earn the #1 WC berth.

Carlos Gomez will have a 30/40 season (HR/SB) and win a 2nd Gold Glove en route to an All Star selection.

Its stupid how nobody can possilbly just sit back and say oh yeah Iola must be pretty good. THREE CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIPS LATER its still the same. Iola will struggle in the large their first couple of years. But let me remind you of the fact that this year Iola beat the Large's conference champs in Football and Basketball. Any given day. Lets just say congratulations Iola you guys must be alright.

I think its stupid that some people have to come on here and hear other people tell them how great they are.

Real champions don't need to come on internet message boards bragging, they just let their victories and their actions speak for them.

I personally think it's pretty amazing that Iola swept the conference titles this year regardless of what conference they were in. They should have a very good chance of making sectionals too. I'm hoping for a Manawa-Iola regional final tomorrow.
Connor Kurki could be starting QB for Badgers this year no doubt!!

I believe the kid you are referring to was suspended from the team. Some one can correct me but I beleive that is the last game he played in. What more do you want them to do to the kid. He missed playing in the state tournament. That defeats your point about poor sportsmanship, it appears to me that when in occurs it is not tolerated by Iola. Am I wrong? []

Paladium, you come off sounding like a spoiled little jealous brat[]. These are high school kids excited about winning a conference championship. Give them a freaking break and stop acting like such a pompus retard[8D].

Paladium,
I am here to say that I believe you should go back to the Central Wisconsin Confrence Large forum and stay there. Knowing that you are from Pacelli. Also I would like to add that you can cry again because there baseball team just won regionals. I would also like to point out that although you think no one should talk about how great they are on here, here you are talking trash and putting teams down, and I quote,"I would love to see Iola clown-stomped this season by every team that has the chance." In conclusion I, and I'm sure others would agree, would like you to shut up and leave.

Thanks,
Taking The Title

(I hope my typing was good for you) (Oh yes and suck one about that too)

Looks like Iola is going to state in Baseball too since Pacelli choked and lost to Marathon. That is unreal state is all 3 sports. Too bad Griffen isn't playing they would have a state title wrapped up.

I'm the only reason this board is open and not closed down. If you want me to leave I will, but unless another current mod wants to take over this board it'll be shut down. Take your pick.

Oh, and its easy enough to know where I'm from, I think most people do.
