Off the top of my head, only Monte Kiffin (now with Tennessee Vols) is the only other D coordinator on Johnson's level.

This is truly a sad day for the Eagles family. Johnson was a great coach who disrupted so many teams offense. When McDermott was hired to replace him he said something that I thought was very true. He mentioned how when he became a coach with the Eagles he trailed Johnson every where he went and sucked up knowledge. He then said if he became half the coach Johnson was he would be successful. At least Johnson is not suffering with cancer anymore.,

Hate to get on you here since I know you were just going off the top of your head, but Dick Labeau (Pittsburgh) is probably far better than both. Really invented the effective zone blitz.
