What do you think about the upcoming games. Repeat for CC? Or different let me know what you think.

I think the CC and DeSoto game is for state. Whoever comes out the winner in this one will win it all.

This game will be CC speed and athleticism (just like every other year) against DeSotos size and power. CC 35 DeSoto 28

I also think this is the game of the week for all divisions.

I would argue that both Gilman and McDonell are better than De Soto, or at least equivalent to them.

BCC, to me, though is the most overall talented team.

I think the Gilman/McD is really the state game here.

But I think a very good case can be made that the 2 best teams may just actually meet at state this year....much like D6 last year.

Agreed. Each game could go either way, and I think we can safely say that no matter what the final matchup is.

It's just so hard to pick one of these two games as the "state" game, considering it is almost impossible to compare the teams that are left considering the fact that none of them had any of the same competition.

But I will agree with DB and sportsfan, the state game will probably be the two best teams in the state this year in D7.

Well i agree with the game of the week statement. The d fence for de soto may be to much however. We will just have to see how it plays out come friday. It should be a good one.
