Losing a college head coaching job and becoming an NFL O Coordinator? Would it be good? Could it be just what the Bears need next season when Brian Urlacher finally comes back healthy again? You be the judge.

Weis was fantastic in New England, but I'm not convinced he's going to be great right away after his return to the NFL.

He seems too confident about his ability to coach in the NFL. A lot of coaches come off head coaching jobs with a sort of spanked mentality, with a determination to be successful. With Weis, he almost seems cocky about how he's going to do in the NFL. I would be much more scared of a guy like Jagodzinski taking over a job.

I'm not sure if it will make that much of a [link=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VvY2LNjkIh0]difference[/link].
