How's your conference looking this year? We could talk about state, but its always the same. At least conferences generally switch up every year. Include teams, players or anything else. I'll start with the Badger South; Verona is now in the Big 8 after winning the tournament last year along with the exit of McFarland, who also had a decent team. Milton and Fort Atkinson are now in and it looks like Milton could make an impact (I don't know much about Fort). Nearly all of the #1's are back including Jack Cullen from Edgewood who won it last year, Kondrasik (sp?) from MG, myself from Oregon, Carson Root from Monroe and then a few from the North (who also play in out tournament). I don't know much about the doubles or teams overall, but I predict Edgewood will have a pretty solid program again.

FRCC

the best player in the conference is andrew bayliss from sheboygan north.

i'd say Bay Port is the favorite to win conference this year returning 7 players.

other teams that will compete with BP will be Notre dame, depere, and gb preble

For the FVA, Neenah will be top again (no surprise), with Appleton East and Appleton West battling it out for second. Every other team will probably be mediocre (Fondy, A North, O North, O West) or bad (Kimberly, Menasha, Kaukauna).

last year i though kimberly had some decent doubles teams that made it to state.....i take it that they all graduated?

What year is he? Who have you guys played yet? Btw, we beat Beloit Memorial 7-0, so I don't think they will win conference.

Anyway, one player you should be on the lookout for is Korbinian Enzinger. He's a German exchange student at Monona Grove who has a ranking in Europe. He'll likely win our conference in singles and get a seed at state. That makes it two incredible foreign exchange students in the Badger South this year!

Aiden is the new #1 singles player for Kohler. I believe he was playing in Texas last year and transferred this year.

What about Charlie Reinertsen? I thought I saw somewhere that he was playing #1.

Charlie was at 1, but just last Thursday Aiden started to actually play matches for Kohler. So Charlie is at 2 singles now.
