UW jumps 2-4 spots, depending on the poll.

OSU got a 1st place vote? Wow.

Still waiting for Bucky to start strong and finish strong. I like that this team actually has a post game this year. With Frank and Hayes, they actually have two guys that want the ball in the post and Sam is even looking to post and score.

I started out game 1 assuming this would be another difficult season to watch relying on the 3, and was proven wrong quickly. They could seriously be 13-1 or 14-0 going into the Iowa game, which I will be at.

I think the St. Louis game in Cancun could give them trouble. Relatively young team playing in a "holiday" tournament could be cause for concern. Plus St. Louis returned 4 of their starters from the A10 Championship team.

I would also be surprised if they won @Virginia. Still win a few toss up games and lose at Virginia and they are 13-1 heading into the Iowa game like you said.

That's not entirely wrong, they're hitting half their 3's right now. I'm concerned about a crash in that department.
You are not smarter than your favorite team's upper management, so stop trying to be.

What I meant by that is that they are looking for some other shots, and not TOTALLY reliant on the 3's. Yes, a huge part of their offense, but they actually have some post presence, and Gasser and Brust are driving and creating. Nice to see them look that way. Gasser makes a lot of those guys better. Glad to see him back.

One thing to remember about this years 3's are they aren't coming on a shot clock winding down in desperation. They are pretty much wide open shots coming in transition, on a drive and dish, or on inside out passing. They will shoot significantly higher just because they are taking 3's that are much easier to make.

Agreed on the St. Louis game being difficult. Good defense (#6 in the country last year) plus a weird shooting environment ( https://twitter.com/BadgerMBB/status/405082306567614465/photo/1 ) makes me worry we might be due for a 30% shooting night.

Wisconsin is a 1 point favorite tomorrow. SLU is very good.
