The basketball season is officially underway, and there have already been some great games played. We look forward to a great year here at Wisconsin Sports Network and WisHoops.net.

To continue to provide the high level of information and analysis you've come to expect, we need the help of you, the coaches. Coaches (or even AD's, players, and fans).....WE NEED YOUR HELP!! Please send full VARSITY rosters as soon as possible to or fax them to 1(888) 711-7720 or as a last resort you can snail mail them to:

Also, WisSports.net is the official online stats system of the WBCA. Using the WisSports.net stat system helps promote your players to your local fans and a statewide audience. We also use the stats system for the ballots for our post season awards including WBCA All-State and selection for the All-Star Game. For those of you worried about other teams scouting you from your stats, simply add only the basic stats - scoring, rebounding & assists - you are not required to enter every stat only what you are comfortable with. It is quick and easy to use, allowing you to enter/update your team's roster, schedule, scores, and stats directly on our site.

Also, if you don't have time to enter them in yourself, you are able to get an account to enter stats for a assistant coach, statkeeper or parent. The more the coaches are able to enter, the more time we can spend producing articles, analysis, video, audio, and other great content as opposed to just data entry. To get an account for you or someone with your team, please email us at . When contacting us, please make sure to include your name, school, and the sport you coach.

As a way of thanking you for your help with this, we will be holding a drawing each month for coaches who are entering stats on our site. Two winners will be selected to receive premium staff polos (3 per staff) with your school colors and logo. The only way to be eligible is to enter stats on our site, which is of course a great way to get your players the positive recognition and exposure they deserve.

Why use the WSN stat system?

• Easy interface, can be done from any computer via a web-browser
• No equipment or software to purchase or install
• It is absolutely FREE!!
• It is the same login information and system by which coaches vote in the Coaches Poll on our site; get your area more representation in the poll
• Many coaches are already familiar with the system from voting in the Coaches Poll
• We are the #1 source for high school sports in the state of Wisconsin; your players will get the statewide recognition and exposure they deserve
• Fully customizable; see something you?d like adjusted, we?re happy to oblige
• We maintain positive relationships with a number of media outlets, who often use our site for story ideas, gathering information for all-area teams, and selecting AP all-state honors
• College coaches use our site as a reference and to gather information; get your kids the most exposure and give them the best chance to succeed
• We tabulate everything, including per game averages, total season stats, conference only stats, and more! Just enter your stats after each game and everything else is done for you
• An ?Email Box Score? feature that allows you to enter stats once and with one click send them to as many media outlets, AD?s, parents, and whoever else you choose as you?d like
• We are here to assist you. As many have seen, we are available any time to help, including nights and weekends

Thank you for your support as we continue to provide positive exposure and recognition to teams and student-athletes across the state.
