Looks like if he passes the physical say goodbye. It is too bad because Milwaukee took a chance on the guy a couple of years ago. Looks like he wants a guarantee of more playing time. Maybe we should relook this roster.

Infielders - Koskie, Hardy, Weeks, Fielder
Reserves - Counsel and Graffy (Maybe even Braun depending on Koskie)
Outfielders - Hall, Hart, Gross, Clark, Mench, Nix, Jenks and Gwynn

Just tackling that end. With Cirillo gone, that opens up a roster spot. They are offering salary arbitration to Mench this week. So, that means we have to get rid of 3 outfielders by spring training. I don't know about options, but I can't believe Mench or Gross has any. I think Nix can go down one more year. But still, a logjam nonetheless.

The big VARIABLE now becomes Koskie and his health. If he can't do it, Braun starts at 3rd, which will be very exciting. Would be nice to have another power hitting leftie in the lineup with Koskie since Jenks will be gone. But oh well.

Agreed on Braun, if he's up he should be playing everyday. I don't want to see him called up because of an awesome AFL and spring only to see him on the bench and used sparingly. If he's not going to be an everyday player let him go to AAA and get ready for a potential mid-season call up. If Koskie is healthy and productive then he can be used as trade bait.

Koskie is a better option than Bell anyways. He's a better hitter, and probably a better fielder.

I traded a lot to get Cirillo on my fantasy team (Nelson Cruz, Pedro Feliz and a third round for Cirillo and Tony Armas) so im glad that hes going to get more PT.

The greastest thing about jeff is he truly loves milwaukee, good luck in Minnesota, im expecting an all star game appearence.

On a different not, im pretty sure Branyan is still available. The brewers do need some muscle....

To be honest, although I love the clutch hitting thing he brought, I think it is probably best that we parted ways with him. Graffy is a great backup option. I am not sold on Counsel, but oh well. Although, there is still a chance we part ways in a trade with Graffy. I too wish Rillo the best in his ventures in Minnesota. However, he's going to be a backup there too.

With Cirillo gone now, I highly doubt they will part with Graffy. He is a starter on 20 teams, so MKE will be happy with his depth. He will be last year's Hall, and Cousel will be Rillo.
