What front page?
"Friday night butterflies, like clockwork they arrived,
Little chill in an October sky, nervous 'til the kickoff came,
Four quarters win or lose, spent Saturdays black-n-blue, but it was what I loved to do, and it was more than just a game."

St Croix is to Wissports what George Washington is to America and therefore we celebrate St. Croix's birthday similiar to Washington's Birthday, by taking the day off Well, not really but he is one of the most recognizable members on the site.

Thanks for all the kind words.

Officially, when this forum started the first 2 posters on the MBC board were myself and MBC2K4 (I think he had a different names).? I may be old, but I like the purity of HS athletics and can't see that ever changing.? I can honestly say, that I have followed HS basketball for over 25 years!

Lefty6, besides being old enough to be your dad, at the first Blackhawk game next year I will be holding my first GRAND CHILD!

For record, the REAL Father Time of our forum will be having a birthday soon if I remember right.? I won't give it away, but I will give you a clue:

"a? _an" (the blank is not an "e" or a "g", but the letter in between)? I won't say who it is though.

And by the 1st blackhawk game of the year next season, I'll be old enough for you to buy me a beer[]
