Think about it, the Bulls loaded up with guys who were young stars in college like Ben Gordon, Kirk Hinrich, and Luol Deng to get them back into the playoffs.

Charlotte, since coming back into the league last year with this new team, have picked up former college studs like Emeka Okafor, Raymond Felton, and Sean May. Give them one more good college pick and the Bobcats are on their way I think.

Questionable, very questionable. They still don't have anywhere near the youth talent the Chicago Bulls have.

Still though, they showed a stat that said they had 16 losses last year by 3 points or less. That's pretty close for a young team, the Bulls went through a a time like that when they were right in games but just didn't win them. Think about it, 16 more wins for the Bobcats last year, if they could've won those close games, gives them 34 wins and they basically had no real great young talent on the team besides Okafor.

Well we might take care of that. There is talk about just letting moderators give points for posts because some people are being idiots about it.

I don't know about next Bulls. They bring back 4 players who are still under contract, only two of which are starters. However, I have to say that I love the route that management has taken in the draft. Getting experienced players who will come in and play like proffessionals right away is essential to starting off a new franchise.

I agree, the Bulls drafted HS players (Curry and Chandler) who didn't develop for a few years.

You make some good points MBC, I don't know about being as good as the bulls all that soon, but there will be major improvement for that franchise.

Let's just remember that the Bobcats are only in their second year of existence. They're doing exactly what they need to when building a team. They're drafting young players that can contribute immediately. No projects that might pan out. They have a strong front line with Emeka Okafor and Sean May, and a quality young point guard. They don't need to make a giant free agent signing this year. Let it become the young guys team with young leadership, add another piece in next years draft, and then spend a little money if you have some left. I like where they are going.
