Maybe the AD could have stepped in and done something about it instead. Maybe he didn't even know what was happening. I guess we wont know until we know the whole story. It still seems wrong and sounds like he should still be coaching.
if you ask me...the AD is more incharge of athletes then the coach is unless these "off the field" incidents were when the coach was in supervision (on bus rides, practices) otherwise the AD should look in the mirror at who needs to step up
