Excellent post, bomb. I'm sure Brian Butch never worked hard at basketball a day in his life and is only good because he's 7 feet tall.

I'm also certain that every day Brian takes for granted the wonderful opportunity he has to play on scholarship at UW. In fact, many a time I've heard him talk about how the UW is lucky to have him, that he's God's gift to basketball.

Freakin' Butch. What a jerk.

You're right, both wisportswriter and Butch should be ashamed of themselves. Talk about disgraces to society, this makes me want to appeal freedom of speech. [/sarcasm]

How anyone couldn't see this was sarcastic is beyond me.

Great artical Erin. Also, every college fan that rips on a college player should read this quote.

"If you knew what (college athletes) had to put up with in one day: dealing with me for a few hours going to a children's hospital and then studying for a test and maintaining a 3-point-something grade point average and speaking to some troubled youths in a neighborhood in Madison. How could you say anything bad?"

All you have to do is read just a few of wisportswriter's posts to know that he is being highly sarcastic.

Excellent quote, Waylo. Although, I use it so much, sarcasm is practically my first language.

Sorry to those who couldn't read it. I forgot, to see stuff on our Web site you have to sign up for an account (free, but small pain in the arse).
