I hate the way Hall always has that mouth guard hanging out of his mouth.....and agree with Diener. Even though I was pretty sure what would happen in that last at bat, right down to the exact location of the last pitch, I was still remembering Mother's Day a couple years ago and hoping.

I'd love to go back and find a few particular peoples posts talking about the Crews early struggles and their calling for such and such a coaches head...and then the talk about how Trevor Hoffman coming back would not mean anything to this bullpen...BOOOOOOOOOOOOY would they look stupid right about now...not only has Trevor settled the pen down...he's taught a few of the other guys different things to help them have success...plus...something we seemed to lack for years in the bullpen...but now we have pitchers who know their role and can be prepared for it...Trevor is god...write it down...

okay enough being a bit sarcastic but it's nice to see a guy come in and not get nervous...it's funny because if the Brewers used to get one guy on base in the 9th I knew it was over for us and we had to pray for 10 and not to lose in the 9th...tonight we had guys on 1st and 2nd...and I didn't even look up at the TV...I just knew Hoffman would find his way out of it...its crazy but you can just kind of feel the confidence when Villa, De, and Coffey come in...they know if they can get the ball to the next guy...the game is over...as much as our offense has carried the team...lets not look past our solid bullpen

Longball, I can no longer support your man Bill Hall. How can a major leaguer look so bad. Where is Russell the Muscle (I know Seattle)?

I am not Hall blind where I can't see his deficiencies at the plate right now. It is blatantly obvious. With my guess being Irribarren being sent down, you'll probably see Gamel get at least 2 starts at 3rd this weekend with Duffy and Gerut being the DH's.
