to all the avid readers on here, i would like to bid you a potential farewell. as we all know, things on this board got a little out of control the past few weeks. ultimately, i would say all issues were resolved peacefully, although it was a crazy journey to get to that point. a few of my fellow members have been deleted, and i received a personal message today telling me that i will most likely be a goner by tonight. i enjoyed my time with you guys, and i may reappear under another screen name in the near future if the removal does happen. my feelings can all be summed up in the song "beautiful ride" by none other than thee dewey cox

you guys are all beautiful people. nothing i said on here hopefully was taken personally aside from the monticello people who i bantered with especially bballfan25 who apparently already gave up on his account after i owned him. best of luck to barneveld in baseball this year, and hopefully there will be some epic battles with pec. the rest of the conference stands no chance. good luck to everyone in life []

signing off for the potential last time, greggis clerkin

you stay classy wissports

upon further discussion of administrators i will not be being banned. i know hold back the tears right! you thought you were getting lucky and getting rid of me[] and our board will not be getting shut down, which i think i forgot to mention in my first post, there was talk amongst admins of completely locking down our board, but there not. we toed the line just enough to get by! haha

anyways, pec laid an absolute beat down on highland tonight. 18-2 was the final. highland could not touch milton, which BigL got his account deleted i believe so we won't be able to get his reaction to that lol. personally im suprised by this game, highland just needs to regroup. there a good team still, one game doesn't change that. pec really sends a message with this huge win though. hopefully barneveld doesn't come out flat against them playing the day after half the team gets back from spain, and the game can live up to the billing

the final was actually 19-2.
kurschner pitched the first four innings, giving up one of the runs i believe? maybe both?
vlasak, who hasn't pitched since halfway through the season of last year due to injury, pitched the fifth. giving up one maybe?
i'm not so sure who gave up the runs, if it was 1-1 or if kurschner gave up both.

and yes, this is a statement for the pecatonica baseball team. one hell of a statement. granted, jacobson (i believe that's his name) didn't pitch and i'm assuming he is their #1 pitcher, but dominating highland the way they did was impressive. pecatonica just put an exclimation point on the debatable argument of being the number one team in the state.
