One of the best players from the class of 2011 is Zach Zweifel from MG. He was a 1st team all conference wide receiver and he started on the basketball team last year.

For 2011, throw in Bryan Tordoff and Michael Barrett into the mix.

I don't think he was saying he wasn't good. Knudtson just has a bad character which means he shouldn't be placed as an elite player. For instance, when you talk about elite players in the NBA, you don't mention Artest or Iverson. They are both very skilled players and some of the best in the NBA, but they aren't mentioned with the Kobe's or LeBron's or even the Dirk's of the world. If you ask me, Dirk and Iverson are on the same platform talent wise, but since Dirk has better character, he is looked at as an elite player. So until Knutson cleans up his act, he can't be considered as one of the best players. And believe me, he needs to shape up, especially if he is costing his team games because of his piss poor attitude. Oh, and by the way, that's just one more reason to say he shouldn't be considered as one of the best players.

Ross over Brink ... someone at the Milton/Oregon game tonight said that Ross isn't even playing. Any update on him? We'll see THIS Saturday down in Milton

Knudtson from Milton is a head case that got thrown out of his scrimmage this year by the refs and then got T-ed up against Elkhorn in their first game to help lose the game. Unitl he gets his act together, he shouldn't even be mentioned.

Never said he wasn't good. He's just not elite. And hall of fame wise, we'll have to wait and see. People vote on that and tend to look at more than just performance. Not that I agree with that but its the facts douche bag.

I'd just like to throw it out there that you are an idiot and that was a terrible analogy. Allen Iverson isn't an elite player? Are you stupid. He was one of the greatest players of his generation. He won an MVP trophy. Avereged 27 ppg in his career and is in the top 40 for all time career scoring. Not only that, he was one of the only players in today's generation that actually played defense. Oh, by the way, he's going to be in the hall of fame someday as well. There are a lot of jerks in sports, and that doesn't mean that they aren't good players.

Next time use a better analogy.

If he is getting thrown out of games than he is obviously lacking composure. Is composure not one the components in making a great player? If you losing your temper on the court your not going to be able to positively contribute on the court. In short, getting Technical fouls and essentially taking your self out of the game when your team needs your offensive production, all it does is hurt the team. So, having a bad temper not only hurts your team but himself as well. It does not diminish his talents though.

Excellent post. My point exactly. His team had to calm him down against Oregon in the closing minutes or he would have lost it again. Opponents will be in his face all season if they know they can get to him and take him out of a game mentally.

Even you yourself thinks that he might be in the hall of fame. If you make it into the hall of fame, you are an elite player.

So, because Lawrence Talyor was a complete "Head Case" does that mean that he wasn't an elite player. When guys are intense and into the game, that's what gets them going and makes them perform at a high level. Just because Knudson goes crazy doesn't mean that he is one of the best players in the conference.
