How will Rhinelander do this year now that Lucas McElendowney has transfered in from Northland Pines?

Could you give us who aren't familiar with Lucas a thumbnail sketch of him and where he fits into the Hodags?

Luke McEldowney - Luke is a 6 ft 3 in guard/forward. Luke's father coached him and other kids from Rhinelander for many years during the summer. Luke was a 2nd team all-conference player last season at Northland Pines.

Interesting - I watched Lucas play last year in the playoffs vs Medford. He is a very nice player - shoots well and handles the ball too. I wasn't real impressed with his defense - though Pines did play a 1-3-1 the whole game so it was hard to tell. It will be interesting to see how he fits in and competes in the valley. I was also impressed with Jake Smith this summer- good big kid with all around skills.
