since this thread already has nothing to do with anything....The barneveld golf team advanced to sectionals. and softball won a regional game. and theres some individuals in track and field advancing as well. how is everyone else doing as far as softball, golf, and track. i know i saw Pec's results in golf because they were in same regional as barenveld, but how about everyone else.

dude, fo serious - enough of your shit. you're going to get the board closed down for people who actually use it how they're suppose to. but anyways:

i know pec / argyle has quite a few sectional qualifiers for track. vlasak in the 100 and 200, a few select individuals in events, and i believe and quite a few relay teams.

Mike Elmer is not the best third baseman around. But Benner on the other hand is pretty decent at catching balls with his hands at third.

Dude, for serious all im trying to do is start a conversation about who is the best players in the conference and you are blowing it all out of proportion. So give me some players who you think are better

i would start with clerkin, vlasak, slaney, kurshner, monson, hendrickson[headbang], holz of course...basically anybody from barneveld or pec. or brandon holz.

Let's break it down by position. Catcher would probably be Berg, pitchers kurshner and bryce hulbert and maybe benner, outfield Brandon Pfeuti, Adam Zurfluh, and that little freshman from juda who hit a homer off vlasak, 3rd base is easily Mike Elmer, SS is obviously vlasak, 2nd base Tyler Briggs, and 1st base TJ Zweifel or Clerkin. and easily the best DH the conference has seen in a while Phil Kauk.

considering you only have one person from the team thats second in the conference who split regular season games with pec your list is a joke. and taking a second glance at it i'm only seeing one person from pec. i know it sounds arrogant but realistically this list should be comprised of mostly pec and barneveld. and holz

Why Holz he is a bum? Mike Elmer crushed a 350+ foot homerun off him! Mike Elmer has over 30 rbi and 7 homeruns and is batting well over .400. he is obviously the best player in the conference and should be getting DI offers.

mmm, last i heard it was a 3-way tie for homeruns in the conference with jeglum, vlasak and monson. they all had 5 homeruns a piece?

and could you possibly get some stats on this guy when he faces pitchers like vlasak, clerkin, peterson, kurschner, benner?

plus there are quite a few better players in the conference that aren't getting D1 offers.

Does anybody remember the great Nate Pahl from a couple of years ago well Elmer was hitting 325+ft bombs against him in live batting practice. And if my memory is right he threw a no hitter basically against every team in the conference!!!! Pahl also threw a no hitter in '05 against the great barnevald eagles and the final score was 1-0 and the one run came from a PAHL home run! and mike elmer crushed Him Hmmmmm
