Kentucky clearly dominated college basketball in 2011-12 and was clearly the favorite to win it all year long.
But some people here are playing it off like Louisville was an after thought that got hot in March and won it on a run like UCONN the year before.
Pointing out Louisville's 3 game losing streak is more revisionist history than anything. That was clearly just a small blip on an otherwise amazing resume.
They won the Big East regular season title.
Although someone suggested they got 4th?! This was a team that was highly ranked all year. Only during that 3 game losing streak did they slip out of the top 10. Again they were #1 in January. Clearly people thought this was a great team at that point.
But I digress. If you all want to pretend like Louisville was an under the radar team that got hot in March to win the title, then nothing I can say or link is going to change your mind.
I know how this blog works. When the Badgers win they are the best team in the nation and just don't get respect. When they lose in the tournament in the 1st weekend, the RNG excuses fly everywhere.
Again, call a spade a spade.
They finished in a three way tie for the Big East title... If they were as dominant as you believe, wouldn't they have at least won the league outright? For comparison, Kentucky won the SEC by six games in 2011-12.
As far as calling a spade, a spade, how's this?
Anytime someone disagrees with you (regardless of the subject) they are wasting their time debating with you. You already have your mind made up about things regardless of the points the other poster makes and they have no chance of getting you to see their side of things. Sound about right?

Baseball is not a game that builds character, it is a game that reveals it.
