Does anyone have any details of why this game was so low scoring for two pretty good teams? Just wondering if someone held the ball for some reason or just a bad offensive night.

Here's a recap and video highlights of the game for you to look at. I appears to me that Pulaski attempted to take the air out of the ball with long possessions only to end up missing shots and not getting many offensive rebounds or 2nd shots on their possessions.

Thanks Mick,

Not a game that I would have liked to watch. Kind of strange for two teams with very good records to have a score like that. I can see if one team is going to be totally outmatched that you might try to slow the game down, and maybe Pulaski thought they were outmatched!

Pulaski plays a 1-3-1 that is designed to keep the offense out of scoring positions. It often results in long possessions for their opponents and Pulaski often has lower scoring games, although 26-13 is still very, very low.
