So ... does Aquinas have anything to worry about?

aquinas has been playing at a high level all year getting everyone's best game. central came close to beating them, shot a high perentage in that game but could not get the stops to seal the deal.
id say they have a chance to beat them shoot a high percentage and play great defense.

It will be closer than 20 pts. Aquanis has been hyped all year - I think they may be in store for a little let down. Arcadia is as athletic of a team as they come, I still take Aquanis by 6 pts.

Aquinas 70 - Arcadia 55 Aquinas led most of the game. Arcadia showed a lot of grit and hung in there. Aquinas would go up by 15 or so, but could not put Arcadia away. Christopherson was money in the bank down the stretch. Papke ruled the boards. Aquinas was too deep for Arcadia.

Aquinas won by 15.

there is always next year for arcadia, with aquinas, this is there year, its now or never. aquinas by 15. arcadia is good but a loss by 20 is not out of the question. if i was the coach id challenge my guys to play d like they never have in their life be patient on offense, but agressive.

I agree with your comment about this being a "now or never" year for Aquinas. They will be competitive in the next few years, but not this good.

I'm surprised by your comments about the Arcadia score, though. They seem like a good team ... am I missing something?

(Don't get me wrong, I'm an Aquinas fan, but Arcadia and Westby look pretty good.)

Arcadia is going to be tough next year. They need some more bench depth, but they are a good team. Aquinas survived an off shooting and passing night, but props to Arcadia, they played well.
