I won't disagree with Davis should he win but you can't ignore what JO has done in his senior year when the award is for seniors.  BTW I am not sure his coach doesn't play his own kid way too much instead of letting JO stay in games.

I'm not saying anyone below D2 shouldn't ever win the award.  I'm literally comparing the two players based off what has been accomplished during their senior seasons.  I'm personally more impressed with what Johnny Davis has done this season.  It's my opinion, you may feel different.

Johnny Davis came in as the favorite and has done nothing to hurt that while playing some very good competition.

I don't see that argument being made, just a comparison of the strength of schedule each team plays. To connect the dots is quite the reach.
