Milwaukee Pulaski at Muskego - Bit of a no-win situation for Muskego here. If the 1s play beyond the first drive, I'd be mildly shocked. Krause may choose to sit the heavy hitters altogether. I'll give Pulaski this, they play hard, actually run the single wing decently and generally keep to themselves which you don't always see in the City. But they have 20 kids, several undersized underclassmen who play a lot of snaps and are simply not on the level needed to be a viable playoff opponent. Milwaukee South has figured it out (decline the invite, schedule a 10th game vs. a struggling suburban school), why can't some of the other MPS also-ran programs? Pulaski received two forfeits to get here. Come on, people. At least the City will be forced to count their crossovers next year, which did wonders limiting qualifiers in the Woodland, only two East teams got in.

Milwaukee Reagan at Wilmot - Not the worst matchup for the Reagan boys, if they can slow down Wilmot's QB they might be able to keep it respectable with their grind-you-down Power T.

Milwaukee Obama SCTE at Catholic Memorial - I did hear CMH had a defensive starter ejected last week (which I think would put him out for the playoffs), although I didn't recognize the name (it was a bit garbled by the stringer on 1250). In any case, CMH's freshmen team could win this one going away. I hear Sikma's back. You can hear Luke Fox's sighs of relief from here. Looking at their side of the D4 bracket, the trickiest game will be Lake Mills in Level 3. LM hung with Menomonie for three quarters and has a win over D2 qualifier Onalaska. They are so reliant on their QB though. Until the state final, they might be the only team to score on CMH #1s. Obama had an odd season and I think was expecting more from themselves within the Blackbourn.

Milwaukee Bradley Tech at Bay Port - Sounds like BP's massive nose tackle may be out, but no matter here. A long, pointless drive for the Trojans.

Green Bay Preble vs. Milwaukee Riverside - I think it's a winnable game for Riverside, but watching them I have this feeling that the same thing that befell them against KIT last year will do so here...a lack of offense.

Milwaukee Marshall vs. Milwaukee King - This game came down to the wire in the regular season, but I think with much, much more at stake King wins by three scores.

This won't end well for the Blackbourn teams. Reagan could make it interesting for part of the game against Wilmot and the Panthers have struggled in the postseason as of late (2-13 in the last 15 postseason games) but I think Wilmot will escape here.

Very nice to see that MPS gets to playoff home games this year. However like DB stated I have a hard time seeing Riverside pulling off the win at home. Preble isn't a worldbeater but the game against King showed me that against competition that plays well on D, the Tigers struggle to generate offense.
