Kenosha St. Joseph's at Racine St. Catherine's - Angels should roll. Just need to stay healthy and see where those cutlines fall. Honestly not sure which would be more beneficial for them, D4 or D5? KSJ will get in, and may find themselves with a decent seed, incredibly.

Friday, 10/18

Racine Lutheran at Catholic Central - I'm curious about BCC's chances in the playoffs. They're likely to head west, which inevitably means meeting up with physical Six Rivers teams that they once used to dominate, but oh-how-the-tables-have-turned there. They also have a chance to keep this one close for a bit, but RaLu should pull away by halftime.

Shoreland Lutheran at Dominican - Two programs trending in the opposite direction this year. Shorleand really hammered STM last week, so I like their chances again here. This was a one-score game last year with a much better Dominican team. Dominican got a shot of reality when it comes to running the style of offense they do. Too many good fits to replace with kids who may not be as suited for it. Curious to see where they are next year losing the Jelacic and Dlugopolski legacies.

Martin Luther at St. Thomas More - An essential bye week before the playoffs. The scoreline was very flattering for ML last week, they hit on three big pass plays for scores, but otherwise didn't move the ball anywhere against RSC. Doesn't bode well for another deep playoff run in D4.

Kenosha St. Joseph's at Racine St. Catherine's - I'm not sure what each team has scheduled next year for non-con, but this could be the last time these two teams play for a couple years as the 2020 Statewide realignment will take place. St. Cat's should have this one pretty easily, but they could have some issues if they are caught sleeping.

Friday, 10/18

Racine Lutheran at Catholic Central - Catholic Central has been on a bit of a roll recently, but I'm sure it won't be enough to upset Racine Lutheran and cause a tie with St. Cat's atop the conference standings.
Shoreland Lutheran at Dominican - I thought Dominican would be an okay team this season with a good chance at making the playoffs, but unfortunately for them, they have been eliminated after a less-than-stellar season. Both of these teams are wanting to claim a second conference win and end the season on a positive note.
Martin Luther at St. Thomas More - Martin Luther gets an easy win as they enter the playoffs with a season that wasn't bad but could have been better.

Kenosha St. Joseph's at Racine St. Catherine's: St. Joes went from a lock for the playoffs to getting in at 3-4 this year. Ouch.

Friday, 10/18

Racine Lutheran at Catholic Central: Nice to see BCC back in the playoffs again after struggling with low numbers the last few seasons. RaLu is gunning for that D6 crown.

Shoreland Lutheran at Dominican: Pacers have gotten better as the season has worn on. Rough season that started with high hopes for Dominican.

Martin Luther at St. Thomas More: Well STM, you survived the season.

Kenosha St. Joseph's at Racine St. Catherine's - That RaLu game remains the one that got away for these Angels. The future may be even brighter than the present with an incredibly talented freshman class suited up for a lot of these games; some of them may see the field in this one if St. Joe’s doesn’t make this a game.

Racine Lutheran at Catholic Central - BCC will look to slow down the Purple Lutherans’ ground game, and is tough enough to do it so long as they don’t cave in against the pass and allow anything big over the top. They’ll provide a good test for the RaLu offense as they get at least a facsimile of the kind of physicality they’ll be facing going forward.

Shoreland Lutheran at Dominican - I’d retired my “Flying Dlugopolski Brothers” tagline after last year because it just seemed unfair to the one remaining stalwart, but as this is their last hurrah let’s trot it out one more time (and take down the Black Lutherans to boot).

Martin Luther at St. Thomas More - Martin Luther’s run of success started when current TM assistant Chris Clarey led them to an 8 win, playoff season a few years back and the junior program started building up. On the opposite sideline this week, the Junior Cavaliers continue to play freshmen in a number of spots, and so far they’ve made it through cleanly by all accounts, but of course this is their first year together in the same schemes. With any luck TM will start to see the dividends at some point next season... but it sure would help if they had more than four linemen between the classes of 22 and 23 (per the roster on Wissports).
