D1

Milwaukee Morse-Marshall at Arrowhead - Arrowhead may be limited offensively this year, but I don't see them having any issue with Marshall, especially after the shellacking Marshall took in the City Championship.

Oak Creek at Muskego - People are talking as if this is L1 matchup of the week for this area, and while I may be inclined to agree, I also have a pretty big hunch the Warriors are gonna run wild. OC started hot, but hasn't exactly impressed as the season's gone on.

Kettle Moraine at Verona - Outside of SP, the Big Eight has been like the wild west this year. This does not appear to be one of Verona's best teams, so I think KM should be able to take care of business.

D2

Germantown at Waukesha West - This was 48-0 earlier this year. Don't think it'll be that bad, but we'll probably still see a running clock at some point.

D3

East Troy at Catholic Memorial - ET puts up big numbers, but also gives up big numbers. They also don't face any programs like CMH during the regular season.

Level One Matchups

Friday, 10/20

D1

Milwaukee Morse-Marshall at Arrowhead - A reprieve for Arrowhead in the first round at least.

Oak Creek at Muskego - Hard not to like what the Warriors do offensively. Like DB said... I can't say OC has looked overly great down the stretch after a nice start.

Kettle Moraine at Verona - Being the local yokel of this one... I think Verona did okay in a decent Big Eight... but the Classic Eight is clearly the better conference. That said, I picked a middling Arrowhead team to top Verona... and Verona did get the job done. Wary of this one.

D2

Germantown at Waukesha West - Won't be the slaughterfest it was earlier... but West still rolls here.

D3

East Troy at Catholic Memorial - ET... ah ET... the quintessential modern day team.... with an Indy Car fast offense and a defense that defers to its offense. CMH should feast.

D1

Milwaukee Morse-Marshall at Arrowhead: M-M got run over by a Wright bus last week. Now here comes the Arrowhead Semi.

Oak Creek at Muskego: Oak Creek got a seed lower than expected. Looks like no rematch with Franklin for them this year.

Kettle Moraine at Verona: Kettle has proven they can hang with the top of the league this year. Big 8 struggles continue against the Classic 8.

D2

Germantown at Waukesha West: G-Town is probably a one and done team regardless of how higher the should be in the seeding. West is steamed by being put under Monona Grove in the grouping.

D3

East Troy at Catholic Memorial: Having seen ET up close this year, they will find it tough to get the offense going and their D will be burned here against Memorial.
