The Wild West is once again stariting to get crazy as ten teams are fighting for basically all 8 spots yet. Who does everyone see representing the western conference.

Houston dodged a bullet by not drawing Spurs in first round, but just about every series on this side is going to be great.

Think you have your first round matchups wrong.

1. Warriors - Pelicans
2. Rockets - Mavs
3. Clippers - Spurs
4. Blazers - Grizz

Just goes to show how much I follow the NBA lol. I pick Golden State regardless of matchups.

Have to say I've been thoroughly disgusted with what I've seen out of the Dallas Mavericks in their series with Houston. Here you have a first ballot Hall of Famer and class act guy like Dirk taking a huge paycut this past summer compared to the money he could've gotten signing to play elsewhere just to stay loyal to the franchise and help put them in the best position to win, and these goofs are tanking it. Rondo was an absolute disgrace to the game in the first two games of the series and I hope he never plays another game in a Dallas uniform again and Tyson Chandler's effort has been equally as poor; standing under the basket daydreaming with his thumb up his *** watching Dwight Howard throw down ally-oop lobs on his head and then standing around and screaming at his teammates afterwards as if it is their fault. They finally played inspired in Game 4 but it's too little, too late.

Can't believe the Spurs lost to the Clippers, albeit aided by a phantom foul call on Duncan as Chris Paul threw up an off-balance pull-up jumper with under 10 seconds left. Either way, I'm still surprised to see the Spurs play so out of character over a 7 game stretch.
