I had five of the seven champs right. I missed D2 completely with no finalist (I had Homestead). I had Amherst winning D5.

Here's the totals I'm getting from the leaderboard.
D1-68
D2-34
d3-55
D4-60
D5-44
D6-77
D7-53

I keep coming up with 391 for a total.

Kudos to you deltaman1 for putting that report card together!

So I ended up in 4th, which is probably my highest finish ever and only 3 points out of a tie for 1st. Maybe next year, I could be so lucky to win and have my picks published along with those of the WSN staff and media partners. [8d]

Same way I feel about taking 6th without making a game.

Thanks to Jake for setting up the playoff pickem and to Deltaman for compiling the standings.

I tried to High five both of you but this must be what happened.

For the most part, things really fell out right for me on Saturday. I didn't think I could really overcome the low score on D2, but I think there were lots of others that had trouble picking that bracket. D6 really helped me a lot.

I could have seen me ending up way lower on the board just as easily. There were a lot of games I could have easily seen going either way, and they broke right for me.

Thanks for setting this up and running it. It is actually more fun for me than March Madness. I pay more attention to HS football than NCAA basketball. I only wish as much of the WIAA playoffs were on TV as there is of the NCAA tourney.

The overall scores were considerably higher than last year. I finished T18th last year with 319 points while this year I was tied 21st with 349 points.
